I was lucky enough to be introduced to Bradley at the beginning of October this year, despite the fact that I had already been in Warsaw for almost five years. It’s truly a pity our paths had not crossed sooner. I had been looking for a new personal trainer and he was recommended to me.
Aside from him being a fellow South African I liked him immediately and thought I can work with this guy! I explained to him my expectations as well as my limitations (I have dodgy knees) and the fact that I get bored easily and have to have variety.
I had been on a sensible eating program for two months so had this under control but needed to start getting fitter, firmer and wanted to lose more weight.
My first surprise working with Bradley was that although we worked out in a fully equipped gym he preferred not using the machines rather working out without these traditional aids.
What a delight working with Bradley has been – aside from being so knowledgeable on the anatomy and diet he is simply a mind of information. He gives sensible, practical advice. He is so motivating and pushes you to limits that you never thought you had. Working out with him is always fun and interesting. Even though I am out of breath most of time we always manage to laugh. In the two months that I have been working with Bradley I have been delighted with the results. I have definitely become fitter, more supple and have best of all have lost weight.
I am leaving Warsaw to return to Cape Town for the Christmas season and will only be back at the end of January when I hope that Bradley will once again find time to fit me into his busy schedule.

Back pain had become my middle name. It has been with me for years now and last year, when I had to start lifting my leg into the car I knew that something new had to be tried out. Many different kinds of therapies had not worked.
Then I met Bradley! Mr. Big Smile Fitness Trainer assured me that we could work out together to combat this pain. Little did I know about the big change that lay ahead of me. I do weekly one-on-one sessions with Bradley. He “tailormakes” the exercises for me and keeps an eye on my back. He checks posture, knows all about muscles, their aches and how to strengthen them professionally. He gives me exercises that are mobile and that I can do at home or while on holiday. No big equipment needed.
After a few months of intensive training where Bradley always charms me into a level which I think I cannot do, I went hiking in the mountains like always. This nice pastime normally comes with a backache in the evening for me and I was surprised and proud that I had NO PROBLEMS what so ever this year. I have learned from Bradley to watch my posture, how to bend and lift in a sensible way!
Now I know that core muscles need to be trained and strengthend so they can support the body. Bradley makes the training fun and interesting and every week he’ll have a new surprise up his sleeve. I started with Bradley after Christmas when I was feeling very round and unhealthy. Going out was depressing as everything looked terrible and I felt terrible. I decided that is was time to become consistent in my exercise and to look for a way that meant I could not get out of it and had to push myself. With long working hours in my job it was always too easy to say I am too tired after a long day and justify eating and resting. I also think I won for buying the most fitness dvd’s but again using any excuse not to put them on. So to be consistent along came Bradley…there is no avoiding him and there is no avoiding having a ‘relaxed’ workout! This was exactly what I needed and though with dread I would open the door the first few times, I can now say it is not easy but worth every minute. I have much more energy, clothes fit better and I feel really good. People have now also started to comment on how well I look and as we all know that that just boosts and motivates us more. I look forward now to my sessions because of the progress I make each time, the body change I see and the way I feel..he is what every woman needs 
Are you in that category of guys (40-something, 50-something) who used to be fit and always thought it was just a matter of turning on the switch? I was, but never got around to getting that switch turned on long enough to realise just how unfit I had really become. And of course the idea of having a personal trainer always seemed pretentious and superfluous. But desperate people will succumb and having known Bradley for some years I finally gave in to the idea. My only regret now is that I didn’t start several years ago. For those with busy business lives the personal trainer can bring a motivation and structure that normal methods of keeping fit (gym or sport) don’t provide. I cannot speak for other trainers but since I started working with Bradley several months ago I have been extremely pleased with several aspects the training. He pushes me to my limit but I never feel unduly stressed, physically or mentally. He varies the sessions so much that I can never predict what is coming and removes any feeling of monotony. He seems to understand what my body is capable of better than myself- a sign of a true professional. He is extremely attentive and is never distracted or disinterested during the hour. As others have said he is very personable and knowledgeable. He is fact a gem and I doubt if I will ever find better. And the results ……of course already several pounds lighter ….but more importantly I already feel more stamina for work and my hobbies (squash and golf) and hope to be working out with Bradley for years to come.
